Ready to have fun and defy gravity? Then you are ready to try Aerial Yoga that uses a suspended hammock that acts as your support system as you go through unique combinations of poses designed to decompress the spine, align the body and stretch and strengthen your muscles.
Using the hammock, you learn to invert and hang suspended in the air. The hammock supports your hips for forward bends and backbends and can be looped around one foot to deepen your standing big toe pose and king dancer. Some of the benefits of Aerial Yoga include:
