Joining a Group Reformer class is a social way to work out and achieve slimmer, longer, stronger muscles without building bulk. Our Group Reformer classes are limited to 3 students to ensure the instructor can monitor each student for safe and proper form. You will work through a sequence of appropriately leveled Reformer exercises as a group. The instructor will ensure that exercises are appropriate for the level of the group.
Appointments are required for Group Reformer classes.
